1 cup coconut milk
2 cups milk
3/4 cups sugar
3 cinnamon sticks
2 rings orange rind
1/2 cup rice flour

First mix dry ingredients together in a large saucepan. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens. Remove cinnamon sticks and orange rind. Pour into a mold or molds. Refrigerate.
