Ponche de Malta
2 egg yolks
½ cup sugar
1 bottle (12 oz.) Malta, well chilled
Beat egg yolks and sugar together until sugar is dissolved, it
will get a light yellow color.
Add Malta drink a bit at a time and continue to beat. Serve in
a tall glass and add a few ice cubes if desired.
